AN ORDINANCE DEFINING CERTAIN CONDUCT AS
TRESPASS, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES THEREFOR.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Trespass on Railway Track. Every person who,
without permission from the person or corporation owning or operating
the same, shall enter, or take any animal or vehicle upon any railway,
bridge or trestle, or ride, operate or propel a handcar r, velocipede,
track bicycle or tricycle on or along the track of any railway, shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 2. Trespass upon another's land. Every person who
shall go upon the land of another with the intent to vex or annoy the owner,
orcccupant thereof, or to commit any unlawful act, or who shall wilfully
go or remain upon any land after having been warned by the owner or "
occupant thereof not to trespass thereon shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. Penalty for violation. Every person convicted of a
violation of any provision of this ordinance shall be punished by a fine of
not more than $500. 00 or by imprisonment for not more than six months
or by both such fine and imprisonment.
Every firm or corporation convicted of a violation of any
provision of this ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not more than
$500.00.
PASSED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Pasco, Washington,
