Please refer to our letter of May 13 requesting rezoning from
R-2 to C-1 of certain land near West A and South 10th 'in Pasco.
I have a copy of Ordinance No. 1108 and note that'in the next
to the last line of Section l* -the word "west" should be "east". I trust
this was merely an error in publication and that your honorable body will
take whatever steps are necessary to correct this error in description
of property.
Yours very truly,
M. H. NIXON

.Dear Sirs.
With reference to your letter dated August 58 19638
in which you point out: a discrepancy in the land
description within the body of City of Pasco Ordin-
ance No. 1108 this is to inform you that the
Ordinance itself was written correctly, and this was
merely a mistake on the part of the Tri.-Ciiy Herald,
We have, therefore requested that they re -publish
this ordinance correctly, and this has been done
under their publication number 750 on August 23,
1963.
Thank you for your assistance in this and we trust
this will be of help to you.
