AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 82 OF ORDINANCE NO, 789
AND PASCO CITY CODE 512.164 BEING AN ORDINANCE RELATING
TO AND REGULATING THE BUSINESS OF PLUMBING, AND PROVIDING
REGULATIONS AND STANDARDS .FOR THE INSTALLATION OF SOIL
PIPES AND BUILDING DRAINS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 82 ofOrdinance No. 789 and. Pasco City
Code 5-12:164 are hereby amended to read as follows:
Fixture Units and Equivalents. Soil pipes and building drains
carrying the discharge of water closets including all direct
and converging lines and all branch lines shall be as follows:
1. When receiving the discharge of 1 to 2 water closets, soil
pipes and building drains shall be not less than 411 internal
diameter, or if copper pipe is used not less than 311 internal
diameter.
2. When receiving the discharge of from 3 to 20 water closets,
or their equivalent; soil pipes and building drains shall be
not less than 411 internal diameter.
3. When receiving the discharge of from 21 to 100 water closets,
or their equivalent, soil pipes and 'building drains shall be
not less than 511 internal diameter.
4. When receiving the discharge of from 101 to 200 water closets,
or their equivalent, soil pipes and building drains shall'be
not less than 611 internal diameter.
5. When receiving the discharge of from 201 to 403 water closets,
or their equivalent, soil pipes and building drains shall be
not less than 811 internal diameter.

Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after
its passage and publication as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this
