HomeMy WebLinkAbout1049 OrdinanceORDINANCE NO.' / AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATIONS OF CERTAIN P'RO'PERTY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF PASCO. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The following described property, annexed to the City of Pasco, shall be in zone classification Res-idential R-1; The east half of the east half of the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of section 25, township 9 north, range 29, East Willamette Meridian. Section Z. The following described property, annexed to the City of Pasco, shall be in zone classification Residential R.•2: A. That portion of the following described property lying west of U.'S.` Highway 410: The southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of section 25, township 9 north, range 29, East Willamette Meridian. B. Lots 20 and 21, ThompsonTs Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in volume "B" of plats, page 66, records of Franklin County, Washington. Section 3. The following described property, annexed to the City of Pasco, shall be in zone classification Commercial C-1: A. That portion of the following described property lying north of Primary State Highway 3: The west half of the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of section 25, township 9 north, range 29, East Willamette Meridian. B. That area bounded by Sylvester Street on the north, U,'S.' Highway 410 on the east and south and Road 32 on the we st. C. That portion of the following described property lying east of U. S.' Highway 410: The southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of section 25, township 9 north, range 29,. East Willamette Meridian. D. That area bounded by Sylvester Street on the North, Road 28 on the East, Primary State Highway 3 on the south, and U. S. Highway 410 on the West. E. That portion of the following described property lying north of Primary State Highway 3: The west half of the west half of the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of section 25, township 9 north, range 29 East Willamette Meridian. F. That triangular area bounded by Hopkins Street on the North, Chase Avenue on the east, and Primary State Highway 3 on the south and west. Section 4. The following described property, annexed to the City of Pasco, shall be in zone classification, Manufacturing M-1: That area bounded by Primary State Highway 3 on the north, the present City Limits on the east, the Columbia River on the south, and U. S. Highway 410 on the west. Section 5. The zoning boundaries set forth in Section 2 of Ordinance 444 and Section 1 of Ordinance 595 and Pasco City Code 5-9. 08, 5-9. 12, 5-9. 16, 5-9. 20 and 5-9. 28 and any and all zoning maps are hereby amended to conform to the aforesaid zoning classifications. Section 6. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its passage and publication as required by law.
