AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE- ZONE .CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF'PASCO•FROM RESIDENTIAL R-1 TO
RESIDENTIAL R-2.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY- OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:-
Section
OLLOWS:-
Section 1. Zone classification is hereby changed from Residential
R-1 to Residential R-2 for the.following •described. property situated in
Pasco, Franklin County, `Washington, to -wit;-
Lots 1 and 2, block 22, Pettit's Addition to Pasco,
according to the-pla-t thereof recorded in volume "B"
of plats, page 42, records of Franklin County,
Washington.
Section 2. The' -zoning boundaries set forth in section 1 of
Ordinan.ce.'No. 595 and Pasc.ol City Code 5-9. 08.and 5-9. 12 and any and
all zoning maps are hereby amended to conform to the aforesaid zoning
change.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after
its passage and.publication as required by-law.
