h AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION
OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM RESIDENTIAL R-2 TO.
MANUFACTURING M- 1.
Section 1. The zone classification is hereby changed from Residential
R-2 to Manufacturing M-1 for the following described property situated
.in Pasco, Franklin County, Washington, to -wit:
Lots 9..13, inclusive, Block 13, lots 1-26, inclusive
Block 14, lots 1.»10,. inclusive, and lots 13-32, inclusive,,
all in Block 15, lots 1--15, -.inclusive, and lots 21-3 2,
inclusive, all in Block 16., 'all in Gray -1-s. Amended Addition
to Pasco,. (County ;of Franklin) Washington, according to
the official plat thereof, recorded in Volume "B" of Plats,
page 20, Records'of Franklin County, Washington..
That portion of east half of section 32, township 9 north, range
30 east, W.,M;. lying north of Ainsworth Avenue and south of a line
described as follows;
Beginning, at a point on the we st line of said east half, distant 13 50
feet south from the northwe'st'corner thereof; thence southeasterly
along a line parallel: -with and distant southerly 300 feet from the south-
erly right of way line of the Spokane, Portland and Seattle Railway
Company a distance of 900 feet more or. less to a line parallel with
and easterly 8.25 feet from the west line of said subdivision; thence
north along said parallel, line 300. feet to the south line of said
railroad right of way; thence south 66.'01140" east along said south
line to the east line of said subdivision, EXCEPT commencing at,
the intersection of the northerly line of Ainsworth Avenue with the
westerly boundary of said subdivision; thence easterly along said
northerly line of Ainsworth Avenue, a distance of 375 feet to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING thence northerly, at .right angles to
said Avenue, 650 feet; thence easterly, parallel to said Avenue, 450
feet; thence southerly, at right angles to the last mentioned line,
650 feet to a point on the northerly line of said Avenue; thence
westerly along said northerly line of said Avenue to the point of
beginning, and EXCEPT beginning at the point of intersection of the
northerly line of Ainsworth Avenue with a line lying parallel to and
50 feet westerly from, when measuredat right angles to, the existing
west fence of the motor pool, said point lying easterly,. a distance of
1, 800 feet, more or less, from the west boundary line of said
subdivision; thence northeasterly along .said parallel line a distance
of 325 feet, more or less, to a point on a line lying parallel to and
20 feet northerly from, when measured at right angles to the existing
northerly fence of said motor pool;, thence southeasterly along said
parallel line a distance of 340 feet,. more. or le,ss, to a point on a line
lying parallel to and '50 feet easterly from,. when measured at right
angles to, the easterly fence of said motor pool; thence southwesterly
along said parallel line to a point on the northerly line of said
Ainsworth Avenue; thence northwesterly along said northerly line of
Ainsworth Avenue to the point of beginning.
Section 2,. The zoning boundaries set forth in Section 1 of Ordinance No.
595 and Pasco City Code 5.9. 12 and 5-9...28 and any and all zoning maps are

hereby amended to conform to the aforesaid zoning change.
Section 3. This ordinance, shall be in full force and effect after its
passage and publication as required by law.
