AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $.400.00
FROM "SALARY AND/OR PLANNING DIRECTOR" UNDER
THE PLANNING COMMISSION SECTION OF 1959 BUDGET
OF THE CITY OF PASCO TO "EXTRA HELP ($1. 50)" UNDER
THE TREASURER'S DEPARTMENT OF SAID 1959 BUDGET.
WHEREAS when the budget for the year 1959 was made and adopted the City
Council of the City of Pasco over-estimated the amount needed for the salary of a Planning
Director and under -estimated the amount needed for extra help for the Treasurer's Depart-
ment, and
WHEREAS transfers may be made between the general classes of the budget
in accordance with R.G.W. 35.33. 120, and
WHEREAS this transfer is for the best interest of the City of Pasco, NOW,
THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the sum of $400. 00 shall be transferred from "Salary and/or
Planning Director" under the Planning Commission section of the 1959 Budget of the City of
Pasco to "EX-tra Help ($l. 50)" under the Treasurer's Department of the 1959 Budget of the
City of Pasco.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its
passage and publication as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this 17 day of
November, 1959.
