AN ORDINANCE VACATING "D" STREET BETWEEN FIFTH
AND SIXTH AVENUE.
WHEREAS there has heretofore been filed with the City Council of the City
of Pasco by the abutting property owners, a valid petition requesting the vacation
of ".D." Street between Fifth Avenue and Sixth Avenue in.Pasco, Franklin County,
Washington;, and
WHEREAS a public hearing was held in the Council Chambers of the Ctiy
of Pasco before the City Council on September 15, 1959, and it appearing that there
were no objections to the vacation of said street and it being deemed to the best
interests of the City of Pasco to vacate said street, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. "D" Street between.Fifth Avenue and Sixth. Avenue shall be
and the same hereby is declared to be vacated of any further public use whatsoever.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its
passage and publication as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this 6th day of
October, 1959.
