ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE' VACATING THE ALLEY
IN BLOCK 8, RIVERSIDE ADDITION -TO
PASCO, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF
RECORDED IN VOLUME "Btt OF PLATS,
PAGE 44, RECORDS OF FRANKLIN COUNTY,
AND LUCAS STREET FROM•AINSWORTH
TO "Att STREET.
WHEREAS there has heretofore been filed with the City Council of
the City of Pasco by the abutting' property owners, a valid petition requesting
the va'cation.'of the alley in'Block 8, Riverside Addition to Pasco, according
to plat thereof: recorded in Volume "'B" of Plats, page 44, records of Franklin
County, Washington', and Lucas Street from Ainsworth to "A" Street, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held in the Council Chambers in
the City of Pasco before the City Council on. February 3, 1959, and it
appearing that there were no objection to the vacation of said alley and street,
and it being deemed to the best interests of the City of Pasco to vacate said
alley and street, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That from and after the effective date of this Ordinance, the
alley in. Block 8, Riverside. Addition to Pasco, according to the'pl'at thereof
recorded in volume 'tB't of plats, .page 44, .records of Franklin County, Washington,
and 'Lucas Street from Ainsworth to "A" Street shall be, and the same are,
hereby declared to be vacated of any public use whatsoever.
Section. 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after
its passage and publication as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this % 7day
of February, 1959.
