AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE NORTH AND
SOUTH ALLEY IN BLOCK 7, O'KEEFEtS
SECOND ADDITION TO PASCO, ACCORDING
TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME
"B" OF PLAT'S, PAGE 36, RECORDS OF
FRANKLIN COUNTY, WASHINGTON,
WHEREAS,. there has heretofore been filed with the City Council
of the City of Pasco by the abutting -property owners, a valid.petition requesting
the. vacation of the north and south alley in Block 7 of O?Keefets 'Second
Addition to Pasco, and
WHEREAS, .a public, hearing was held in the Council Chambers in
the Gity of Pasco before the City -Council on August 5, 1958, and it appearing
that there were no objections to the vacation- of said alley, and. it being
deemed to the best interestsof the City of Pasco. to vacate said alley, NOW,
THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That from and after the effective date of this ordinance,
the north and south alley in Block 7, Oi'Keefets.'Second Addition .to Pasco,
according to the plat, thereof recorded in volume "B" of plats, page 36,
records of Franklin Gounty, Washington, shall be and the same is hereby
declared to be vacated of any public use. whatsoever.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect.
five days after itspassage and publication as required by law.
