ORDINANCE NO. 932
AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE WEST TEN FEET
OF THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 1, AND THE ALLEY- IN
BLOCK 2 FROM PEARL STREET TO THE SOUTH
BOUNDARY LINE OF LOTS 1 AND 10, BLOCK 2,
RICHARDSON ADDITION; AND RICHAR.DSON AVENUE.
FROM PEARL STREET TO THE SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE.
OF LOT 1, BLOCK 2, AND LOT 10, BLOCK 1, RICHARDSON
ADDI'TION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF
RECORDED IN VOLUME "C," OF PLATS, PAGE 40,
RECORDS. OF FRANKLIN COUNTY, WASHINGTON.
WHEREAS, there has heretofore been filed with the. City Council of
the City of Pasco. by the. abutting property owner, a petition requesting the
vacation of the above described street and alleys, and
WHEREAS, a public .hearing was -held in the Council chambers
in the City of Pasco before the. City Council on June 17, 1958, and it
appearing that there were no objections to the vacation of said street
and alleys, and it being deemed to the best interests of the .City of Pasco,
NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO- DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That from and after the effective. date of this Ordinance,
the West 10 feet of alley in.block 1, and the alley in block 2 from Pearl Street
to the South boundary line on Lots 1 and 10, Block 2, Richardson Addition;
and Richardson Avenue from Pearl Street to the South Boundary line of Lot 1,
Block 2, and Lot 10, Block 1, Richardson Addition, according to the :plat
thereof, recorded in Volume "C," of Plats, Page 40, records of Franklin
County, Washington, shall be and the same are hereby declared to be
vacated of any public use whatsoever.
Section 2. That. this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
five days after its passage and publication as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and. APPROVED by the Mayor this
