AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING—FUNDS UNDER ".MAPS, PHOTOS,
AND PRINTS!' AND "REPORT, PRINTING AND DRAFTS!' IN THE PLANNING
0M.MISSION AND BOARD OFF ADJUSTMENT SECTION OF THE BUDGET
'FOR THE. YEAR *957.T0 ,PURCHASE A TYPEWRITER FOR THE PLANNING .
COMMISSION AND BOARD°ADJUSTMENT UNDER THE TERMS OF
R. G. W. 35. 33. 120.
WHEREAS when the Budget for the year 1957 was made and adopted .
the City Council of the City of Pasco over-estimated the .amounts needed,for
"`Maps, Photos and --Prints" and "Report Printing and Drafts"' under the Plann- .
ing Commission and Board of Adjustment Section of 1957 Budget, and failed
to provide necessary monies :for the „purchase of a typewriter for said
Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment,' 'and'
WHEREAS transfers may be made between the general classes of the
Budget in accordance with R. C. W. 35'. 33. 120, .and
WHEREAS these transfers are -for the best interests. of the City of
Pasco, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY- OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the sure of. $.2.00,.00. under "Maps, Photos and Prints'' and
the sum of $313. 09 under "Report Printing and Drafts!' in. the Planning Commis-
sion and Board of Adjustment Section of the 1957 Budget be -transferred and.
expended for.the acquisition of a typewriter for the..Planning Commission and
Board of Adjustment during the year 1957.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in.full force and effect five days
after its passage and publication as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and :APPROVED by the Mayor this J�Kv
day of 19 57.
