ING AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONE CLASSIFICATION
OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY SITUATED IN
I�. FRANKLIN COUNTY, WASHINGTON, FROM RESIDENTIAL R-1
TO COMMERCIAL C-1: LOTS :8, 9 an& '1d07, BLOCK,?,, COLUM-
BIA ADDITION TO PASCO, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF
RECORDED IN VOLUME "B" OF PLATS, PAGE 68, RECORDS
OF SAID COUNTY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That from and after the effective date of this Ordinance,
the following described property located in the County of Franklin, State of
Washington, shall be zone classification Commercial C-1:
Lots 8, 9, and 10, Block 2, Columbia Addition
to Pa.sco, according to plat thereof recorded in
Volume "B" of plats, page 68, records of said
c ounty.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect five
days after its passage and publication as required by law.
