ORDINANCE NO. 41
AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE NORTH AND SOUTH
ALLEY IN BLOCK SIX. (6), O'KEEFE.'S SECOND ADD-
ITION TO PASCO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THERE-
OF RECORDED IN VOLUME "B'° .OF PLATS, PAGE 36,
RECORDS OF FRANKLIN COUNTY, WASHINGTON.
WHEREAS, there has heretofore been filed with the City Council
of the City of Pasco by the abutting property owners, a Petition request-
ing the vacation of the North and South Alley in Block 6, O'Keefe's Second
Addition to Pasco, according to the plat thereof recorded_ in Volume "B"
of plats, page 36, records of Franklin County, Washington, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing thereon was held in the Council Cham-
bers

hers in the City of Pasco, before the City Council on April 17, 1956, and
it appearing that there were no objections to the vacation of such alley,
and it further being deemed to the best interests of the City of Pasco,
NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That from and after the effective date of this Ordinance,
theN.orth. and. South alley in Block 6, O'Keefe's. Second Addition to Pasco,
according to plat thereof recorded in Volume "B" of plats, page 36, records
of Franklin County, Washington, be, and the same hereby is, declared to
be vacated of any public. use whatsoever.
Section. Z. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect five
days after its passage and publication as required by law.
