PROHIBITING THE REPAIRING OR SER- VICING OF ANY VEHICLE UPON THE PUBLIC STREETS OR ALLEYS OF THE CITY OF PASCO, PROHIBITING THE OVERNIGHT PARKING OF CERTAIN VEHICLES ON STREETS IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS, PROHIBITING. THE PARKING OF UNLICENSED VEHICLES UPON THE STREETS OF THE CITY OF PASCO, PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT '..`HEREWITH. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. No vehicle shall be repaired or serviced upon the public streets or alleys of the City of Pasco; provided, however, that necessary repair or service may be. rendered to a vehicle so disabled that the same cannot be operated under its own power or without damage or injury thereto. Section 2. No person, shall drop or permit to be dropped from any vehicle or the machinery thereof, any oil grease or similar substance upon the streets or alleysof the. City of Pasco. Section 3. No vehicle with a maximum gross. weight of 14, 000 pounds or more shall park over night on any street in a residential zone of the City of Pasco. Maximum gross weight means the scale weight of any motor truck, truck tractor, trailer or semi -trailer to which shall be added the maximum load to be carried thereon as .set by the licensee in his application for a license and as marked on the vehicle. A street is in a residential zone for purposes of this Ordinance if any property on either side of. the street is in a residential zone; each block of the street will be treated as separate unit for purposes of determining whethei._ove.rnight parking will%be permitted. Section 4. No unlicensed vehicle shall be park,'ed upon the streets of the City of Pasco. Section 5. Any person violating the provisions of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not more 1 than $300. 00 or to imprisonment in the City Jail not exceeding 90 days., or b oth. Section 6. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Section 7. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect five days after its pa,s.sage and publication as required by law.
