AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.. 760 TO CORRECT THE REAL PROPmTY DESCRIPTTON
THEREIN AND BEING AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THF ZONE CLASSIFICATION OF THE FOLLat�ENG
DESCRIBED PROPERTY IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, "VASHINGTON, FROM RESIDFATTIAL R-2 TO
RESIDENTIAL R,1- ALL OF BLOCK 1 AND LOTS 1 TO 16, INCLUSIVE, AND LOTS 18 TO 20,
INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 23 UMBARGERiS ADDITION TO PASCO, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL PLAT
THEREOF RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE AUDITOR OF SAID COUNTY.
WHEREAS the petition filed with the Planning Commission of the City of
Pasco on June 10, 1953, requested the rezoning of the following described
property in Franklin County, Washington, from Residential R-2 to Residential
Block 1 and Block 2, Umbarger's Addition to Pasco, according to the official plat
thereof recorded in the office of the auditor of said county; and
WHEREAS it appeared from said petition that R. VT. Umbarger and E. Leola
Umbarger, his wife, were the owners of lot 17, block 2, Umbarger's Addition to
Pasco, according to the official plat thereof recorded in the office of the
auditor of said county; and
WHEREAS the owner of said lot 1.7, block 2, Umbarger's Addition to Pasco,
was Thomas W. Sullivan; and
V=- EAS Thomas W. Sullivan, the owner of said lot. 17, block 2, Umbarger's
Addition to Pasco, did not consent to the rezoning, NOW, THERTFORE,
TuF CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That from and after the effective date of this ordinance,
all of 'block 1 and lots 1 to 16, inclusive, and lots 18 to 20, inclusive,.6%cr 2,
U��barger's Addition to Pasco, according to the official plat thereof recorded in
the office of the audi-tor of said county, shall be zone classification R.-1,
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be effective five days after its
passage and publication asrequired by law:
