WHEREAS there has heretofore been filed with the City C:ounc'.il
of the City of Pasco by the abutting property owners a pet-ition.*re-
quest-ing the vacation. of thea: north and s;out,h alley of block 1, Helm's
Addition to Pasco, and
WHEREAS .,a 'public hearing, thereon was hold ih the City Coun.c' 1,
chambers in the City of Pasco before the -City .Council. on .April- 20,
19.54, and it appe.arirg that there was, no objection to the vacation .
of such alley, and it further' being deemed to the best interests..of the.
City of Pasco, nowj',the•refore,
THE CITY COUNCIL =OF THE CITY OF PASCO. •DO ORDAIN AS 'FOLLOWS:
