THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO I)O ORDAIT�T AS' FOLLOWS:

Section .2. Designated Routes., Any. "through-traffic• truck.,'with a

Section 3.. Signs. The Chief of -Police of, the City of Pasco is
hereby directed to erect proper signs notifying• trucks -affected by this
ordinance of the designated -roultes laid ou`t throL„gh the `City. •of . Pas'co
and.to mark said routes with.appropriate.arrows or markers.'”
Section -4. Penalties. Any person v:iohating this ordinance or, any
provision, thereof shall be.de.emed'guilty of an offense',.: and' upon con-
viction thereof, shall be punished;by a fine not exceeding Three hun-
dred dollars,($300.00), or imprisonment in'the.City. Jail not exc.eeding
ninety (90).days., or both such ..fine and imprisonment.
Sectiori 5•: Repealed Ordinances. All ordinances,or,parts of ord-
inances in conflict with or inconsistent herewith are hereby.repealed.
Section 6. Effective date. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect five days.after.itspassage and publication as provided by
law..
