WHEREAS a petition has heretofore been filed before the Planning Commission of the City of Pasco, supported by the required number of affected property owners as set forth in Ordinance No. 435, requesting the rdzoni_ng of certain property,' below described, in Gerry's Addition to Pasco, from Residential R-1 to Commercial C-1; and Wy�ERE.AS a public hearing thereon was held by the Planning ConuYiis- sion of the City of Pasco on November 10, 1953, and it appearing that it would be to the public interest that such petition for rezoning be granted, now, therefore, THE CITY COUNCIL OF TF_H, CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That from and after the effective date of this ordin- ance, Lots 28, 29, 30, 31 and 32, Block 2, Gerry's Addition to Pasco, according to plat -thereof recorded in volume "B" of plats, page 18, records of Franklin County, Washington, shall be zone classification Commercial C-1.
