AN ORDINANCE NIAENDING ORDINANCE NO. 435,.AIND BEING AN ORDINANCE
TO CHANGE THE ZONE CLASSIFICATION OF LOTS ONE (1) TO TWELVE (12),
BOTH. INCLUSIVE, BLOCK ONE (1), AND LOTS ONE (1) TO TEN.(10), BOTH
INCLUSIVE, BLOCK TWO (2), ALL IN GLEN R. MUDD ADDITION TO PASCO;
.AND THE EAST ONE HUNDRED FIVE (105) FEET OF EVEN WIDTH OF THE NORTH
ONE HUNDRED FIFTY (150) FEET OF EVEN WIDTH OF THAT PORTION OF THE
NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER
(NW1NW4SW4) OF SECTION TWENTY (20), TO10SHIP NINE (9) NORTH, RANGE
THIRTY (30) EAST, W.M.., LYING WEST OF PRIMARY STATE HIGHWAY NO. 11
AS SAID "HIGHWAY RIGHT OF WAY IS ESTABLISHED OF RECORD OVER .AND
ACROSS SAID SUBDIVISION;.AND LOTS TWO (2) -TO TWENTY-SEVEN (27),
BOTH INCLUSIVE, BUCK'S SUBDIVISION,.FROM RESIDENTIAL R-2 TO
COMMERCIAL C-1.
WHEREAS, there has heretofore been filed with the City of
Pasco, a petition bearing the signatures of more than fifty-one (51)
per cent of the affected property owners requesting a change in the
zone classification of the following described property, to wit:
Lots one (1) to twelve (12), both inclusive, block one
(1), and Lots one (1) to ten (10), both inclusive, block
two (2), all in Glen R. Mudd Addition to Pasco; and the
east one hundred five: (10.5) feet of even width of the
north one hundred fifty (150) feet of even width of that
portion of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter
of the southwest quarter (NW4NW4SW4) of section twenty (20),
township nine (9) north, range thirty (30) east; W.M.,
lying west of Primary State Highway No. 11 as said highway
right of way is established of record over and across said
subdivision; and Lots two (2) to twenty-seven (27), both
inclusive, Buck's Subdivision,
from Residential R-2 to Commercial C-1, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, pursuant to such petition, has
been held on the 31st day of July, 1953, by the Planning Commission
of the City of Pasco, and there being no objections to such zone
change, and it further being made to appear that the best interests
of the City of Pasco will be served by the.change of this zone cles-
sification, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN .AS FOLLOWS:
Section I. That from and after the effective date of this
ordinance, Lots one (1) to twelve (12), both inclusive, block one (1),
and Lots one (1) to ten (10), both inclusive, block two (2), A11 in
Glen R. Mudd Addition to Pasco; and the east one hundred five (105)

feet of even width of the north one hundred fifty (150) feet of
even width of that -portion of the northwest quarter of the north-
west quarter of the southwest quarter (NWgNW4SW4) of section twenty
(20), township nine (9) north, range thirty (30) east, W.M., lying
west of Primary State Highway No. 11 as said highway right of way
is established of record over and across said subdivision; and Lots
two (2) to twenty-seven (27), both inclusive, Buck's Subdivision,
shall. be., zone classification Commercial C-1.
Section II. That this ordinance shall be effective five
(5) days after its passage and publication.
