THIS BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 435 AND BEING AN
ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN PERRY'S ADDITION TO PASCO
FROM RESIDENTIAL R-2 TO RESIDENTIAL R-1.
WHEREAS a petition has heretofore been filed before the
Planning Commission of the City of Pasco, Washington, supported by
the required number of affected property owners as set forth in
Ordinance No. 435, requesting the rezoning of certain property,
below described, in Perry's Addition to Pasco from Residential R-2
to Residential R-1; and
WHEREAS a public hearing thereon was held by the Planning
Commission of the City of Pasco on June 9, 1953, and it appearing
that it would be to the public interest that such petition for re-
zoning be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. From and after the effective date of this
ordinance, Blocks 2 and 3 inclusive of Perry's Addition to Pasco,
Washington, as shown by the official plat thereof, recorded in the
offices of the Auditor of Franklin County, are, and hereby are de-
clared to be Residential R-1 rather than Residential R-2.
Section 2. This ordinance to be in full force and effect
five (5) days after its passage and publication.
