THIS BEING AN ORDINANCE ATTENDING ORDINANCE N0. 435 AA<D BEING AN
ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN BUCK'S SECOND ADDITION FROM
COM?JIERCIAL C-1 TO RESIDENTIAL R-2
WHEREAS a petition has heretofore been filed before
the Planning Commission of the City of Pasco, Washington supported
by more than fifty-one (51) per cent of the affected owners requesting
the rezoning of' certain property, below described, in Buck's Second
Addition from Commercial C-1 to Residential R-2 and
WHEREAS a public hearing thereon was held by the
Planning Commission of the City of Pasco on March 16, 1953 and it
appearing that it would be to the public interest that such petition
for rezoning be granted, NOW, THEREFORE,
as follows:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO
Section I: From and after the effective date of this
Ordinance Lots 1 to 10 inclusive of Buck's Second Addition to the
City of Pasco, Washington as shown by the official plat thereof
recorded in the office of the Auditor of Franklin Uou.nty, are, and
hereby are declared to be Residential R-2 rather than Commercial C-1.
Section II: This Ordinance to be in full force and
effect five (5) days after its passage and publication.
