AN ORDINANCE DECLARING AN EMERGENCY IN THE PARK DEPARTMENT, CITY
OF PASCO, AND APPROPRIATING MONEY TO MEET THE SAPS, PROVIDING
FUNDS FOR NECESSARY SUPPLIES FOR THE BALANCE OF THE YEAR 1952•
WHEREAS when the budget, now existing, for the year
1952 was made and adopted, the City Council although contemplating
the necessity and advisability of appropriating certain money to
provide for supplies in the Park Department of the City of Pasco
but that such provision as made was wholly and completely inadequate
and
WHEREAS it is now deemed that an emergency does exist
in the City of Pasco relating to the need for such supplies in the
Park Department and
WHEREAS this emergency is other than those set forth
in Section 9000-6 Remington's Revised Statutes for the State of
Washington,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDAINED by the City Council of the
City of Pasco as follows:
SECTION I: In view of the existing emergency, which
is hereby declared to exist, there is hereby appropriated the sum

' of $250.00 to meet such emergency as exists in the Park Department
Fund and to provide necessary monies to pay for necessary supplies
for the balance of the year 1952, such expense to be paid by
emergency warrants,
SECTION II: This Ordinance to be in full force and
effect five days after its passage and publication.
PASSED and approved by the City Council, City of
