HomeMy WebLinkAbout0639 OrdinanceORDINANCE NO (r,, AN ORDINANCE DEFINING WHAT CONSTITUTES`WATER CHARGES IN THE CITY OF PASCO,PROVIDING A -METHOD OF ENFORCING COLLECTION THEREOF AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFFLICT THEREWITH. The City Council of the City of Pasco do ordain as follows: Section 1, A111 charges for water frunished by the City,whether for domestic purposes,irrigation, sprinkling,business purposes or otherwise, including the sewer charges as set out ind defined in Section Two -A and Two -B, and sections three and four of ordi- nance No.625, are hereby defined to be.and classed as water char- ges. Section 2, When any bill for water charges is not paid by the 15th day of the month following the month in which the water is used, water will be shut off,and not turned on again -until such bill, together with the penalty and a charge of $1.00 for shutting off and turning on.same has been paid. Section 3, All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict here- with are hereby repealed.
