WHEREAS, A PETITION HAS BEEN FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, SIGNED BY ALL THE OWNERS OF PROPERTY ADJACENT TO THE ALLEY IN BLOCK ONE OF 01K.EEFEIS SECOND ADDITION TO PASCO, WHICH SAID ALLEY RUNS NORTH AND SOUTH, AND WHICH SAID PETITION ASKS FOR THE VACATION OF SAID ALLEY WHICH RUNS NORTH AND SOUTH: AND WHEREAS, SUBSEQUENT TO THE FILING OF SAID PETITION, NOTICES OF THE HEARING THEREON WERE POSTED IN THREE OF THE MOST PUBLIC PLACES IN PASCO, AND DUE PROOF OF THE POSTING HAS BEEN FILED: AND WHEREAS, NO OBJECTION HAS BEEN MADE TO THE PROPOSED VACATION, AND IT APPEARS TO THE COUNCIL THAT THE PUBLIC INTEREST WILL BE SERVED BY THE VACATION OF THE SAID ALLEY: The City Council of the City of Pasco do ordain as follows: SECTION ONE: That the alley running north and south through Block One of OtKeefe's Second Addition to Pasco, Washington, be and hereby is vacated. SECTION TWO: This Ordinance to be in full force and effect five days after its passage and publication. Passed by the Council thii2�/,—day of f.W 1948. Approved by the Mayor thiDday 1948.
