AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE VACATION OF THE ALLEYS RUNNING
EAST AND WEST IN BLOCKS ONE, TWO, AND THREE, GANTENBEIN ADDI"
TION TO PASCO, WASHINGTON.
WHEREAS A PETITION HAS BEEN FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE
CITY CLERK OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, SIGNED BY THE OWNERS OF THE
PROPERTY ADJACENT TO THE ALLEYS RUNNING EAST AND WEST IN BLOCKS
UNEP TWO, AND THREE, GANTENB.E, N ADDITION TO PASCO, WASHINGTON,
WHICH PETITION ASKS FOR THE VACATION OF THE SAID ALLEYS:
AND WHEREAS, SUBSEQUENT TO THE FILING OF SAID PETITION,
NOTICES OF THE HEARING THEREON WERE POSTED IN THREE OF THE MOST
PUBLIC PLACES IN PASCO, WASHINGTON, AS PROVIDED BY LAW, AND DUE
PROOF OF THE POSTING THEREOF HAS BEEN FILED:
AND WHEREAS NO OBJECTION HAS BEEN MADE TO THE PROPOSED
VACATION, AND IT APPEARS TO THE COUNCIL THAT THE PUBLIC INTEREST
WILL BE SERVED BY THE VACATION OF THE SAID ALLEYS:
The City Council of the City of Pasco do ordain as follows;
SECTION ONE:
That the alleys running east and west in Blocks,
One, Two, and Three, Gantenbein Addition to Pasco, Washington,
be and hereby are vacated.
SECTION TWO:
That this ordinance shall take effect five days
after its publication, said ordinance having first been duly
passed, and it being

Approved by the Mayor
deemed that an emergency exists.,
