TIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DQ ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 3 of Ordinance I.o. 489 be amended
to read as follows:
SECTION 3. Location. (a) It shall be unlawful within the
limits of commercial district C-1 of the City of Pasco as now or
hereafter constituted, for any person to park any occupied trailer
on any street, alley or highway, or other public place, or any tract
of land owned by any person occupied or unoccupied, except as pro-
vided in this Ordinance.
(b) Emergency or temporary stopping or parking is permitted
on any street, alley or highway for not longer than one hour subject
to any other and further prohibitions, regulations or ordinances
for that street, alley or highway.
(c) It shall be lawful in all other districts of the City of
Pasco to park or occupy any trailer on the rear of the premises of
any occupied duelling, provided that not more than one trailer shall
be permitted to be parked on any one lot, that the written consent
and for Ant
of the a^v ner/of said lot be first obtained and provided further
that if in the judgment of the health officer of the City of Pasco
sanitary facilities for said trailer are inadequate, said health
officer shall have the power to direct that such facilities shall be
made adequate; or that said trailer be forthwith removed from said
location.

SECTION T17O.. Ordinance No. 519 is hereby repealed.
SECTION TF=1. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and publication.
