Be it. ordained by the City Council of the. City of Pasco as follows:
SECT! ONT. ONE
That Section 5 of Ordinance No. 435 be and the same is hereby
amended' by adding thereto an additional section to beknown as
Section 5A and to read .as follovls:
Section 5A, SITE AREA:
every building he erected or structurally altered which
is. located in R,-2 residence district shall provide'a lot area of not,
less than thirty-six hundred (30:00•) square feet; provided however,
that where a lot has less, area ••than herein required as shown by the.
last conveyance of record at the time of the passage of this ordinance,
thin re�.ul ;tion shall not prohibit one (1) private -diwelling and it,s,
accessory buildinE.s on such lot.
