STI - EE 01 El I�T!.L T _ i=1,SL0 . � --- �: I .l .iv j' Be It Ox°ds .ned 2y the Cit;; C:, ;lcil of the City of casco, As Foi- lows S.aU17-li01" UITE T.nat any property Trimer desiring, to o,e or ci. the location of uny exisitinS buildin;; in the City of Vasco 1,jay apply to the :_-uildin5 Inspector "or r ermission to remove such building temporarily in any part of such City, and* t: e Buildint liisypector, after an examination of the ;)remises, if he concludes that the removal of such biuildj-n6 temporarily to the desired locution will not unduly increase the hazard by fire and will not be so unsightly as to depreciate the value of the property in the vicinity nor in any way constitute a nuisance, may issue to such property o-rner a hermit to reilove the said buildinv from its then location to the proposed location for such time not exceedin6 One hundred and Twen-ty (120) days from the date of such permit; provided, however, that before any said temporary permit may be issued by the Build- ing Inspector, under any circumstances, the said property owner is hereby required to execute a bond, approved by the Mayor of the City of Paco, payable to the City of Pasco for the, sun of Five Hundred Dollars ($p500.00); and further provided, :however, that the acceptance by the property owner of such a permit for the temporary removal to a ne-J or different location of such exisiting building; shall be held and construed to be an agree- ment on the part of the said property owner to remove such build- ing from such temporary location, at his or her own expense, to another location, lawful under any and all ordinances, within said One Hundred and Twenty (120) days, and upon such removal by said property ovmer, said property owner and his or her suret- ies shall be released on said bond; however,.upon failure to make such removal by said property owner, the acceptance of said tem- proary permit shall be held and construed a consent on the Dart of the said property oiF,mer to the entry by the City upon the pre- mises and the removal of said building from the position in which it may have been placed after the issuance of such permit and after the expiration of the said period of One Hundred and Twenty (120) days; and in the event that the City of Pasco must remove said building at the expiration of said period from said temp- orary location, said property owner and sureties on said bond shall be liable for any and all costs and expenses that may be occasioned to the City in kkzxxzxxk connection with such removal of such building, All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here- with are.hereby repealed.
