Be It Ordained By The City Council Of The Cit} Of Pasco, As Follows - SECTION ONE: That section six of Ordinance No. 435 be and the same is hereby emended by adding thersto, two ad-litiona.l sections, to be knoin as Section 6-A and 6-B, and to read ds follows: 3oction-6-A; There. is hereby created Commercial District C-2. a.rd.Ccm9' rcial Dietrict: C:-;;, anth'l :-regula.ticsns °'640 restrict- ions in. said comiercial districts C -r and C-3 shall be as follovrs: In such districts, any use permittQd in Residential District R-1 shall ba p3raitted. - In addition thereto the following users al-$ permitted: Tore buil-ling and operation of tourist cabins, cottages, lodging houses, apartments, and hotels for the overnight aceommo- dation cf tht traveling, pudic; service or gasoline stations, for th= s=rvicing of actor vehicles rith motor and fuel oils, gasoline, watsr, car cashing, 'itergency -r9pcirs, an! the s&1*? of motor vabiole aocessori?s. R-2. Before the iseiiing of any permit for the erection or alt-ara, tion of any building in .Com-rhercia.l District C-2 and C-3, it shall be the duty of the Building Inspector to require of the anpliczant a statement- in viriting, duly signed by the applicant, giving a com-- plate outline of what the applicant proposes to crept, or what al- tsrations or changes he proposes to make in the existing structure, together with the plan for the improvam-lnt of the groundssurrounding such nes or old structure, and the uses to which ,such structures are to be put. The fol3oving described property is hereby included in Commer- cial District C-3: Blocks 142 and 103, 219 and 124, 133 and 1.34, 250 and 1.56, all In Pasco Land Company's First Addition to Pasco, Blocks 1 and 6 in Whitehouse Addition to Pasco; the Artesian cell. Tract; Blocks 1, b., 7, 32, 13, 16, 190 24 in A. M. Wehe's First Addition to,. Pasco; Lots 1 and 14 in Block One, Lots 1 and 14 in Block Two, and,, Lots I and 14 in Block Three, all of Acre Park's Addition; and all: the unplatted property bordering on the south side of Last Legis Street, and -extending back from the south line of said street a distance of 150 feet, All the said above described property is hereby subject to' the regulations and restrictions provided for in Commercial -Districts C-2 and C-3.
