AN ORDINANCE FIXING SALARIES OF VARIOUS OFFICERS AND ET.PLOYEES
OF THE CITY OF PASCO AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 408, PASSED
BY THE CITY: COUNCIL NOVE1,3ER 15, 1034, AND REPEALING ALL OTHER
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
The City Council of the City of Pasco do ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE:
On and after January 1, 1937, the salaries of the following
named_ city officials shall be as follows, to -Zeit:
The City Clerk 950.00 per :month
The City Treasurer 125.00 11 It
The City Attorney 60.00 ri +►

SECTION TWO:
The salaries of all officers and employees of the City of
Pasco, other than those mentioned in Section One hereof, small be
as provided for in the ordinance adopting the budget for the year
1937; being Ordinance No. 420 and shall hereafter be fixed by the
City Council at the tine'of the adoption of the annual budget,
and such officers and emoloveps shall be paid such salaries, rages
or comnensa.tion as the annual budget ordinance shall provide for.
SECTION =THREE:
Ordinance No. 410, passed andapproved November 15, 1934, and
all -other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
SECTION FOUR:
This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and public -
ation as required by late.
