ORDINANCE No.
AN ORDINANCE nEPEATIirG ORDINII-ICE NO. 309 entitled "An Ordi-
nance relating to intoxicating; liquors, prohibiting the manufacture,
posession, sale or disposition thereof and providing for searches
and siezure and destruction and forms of proceedure and rules of evi-
dence and fixing penalties for violation hereof" and prohibiting
the mariufa.cture, sale or possession of intoxicating liquor of an
alcoholic Content greater than 3.2 per cent by weight, provi ing penal_
ties for the violation hereof and repealing all ordinances and parts
of ordinances in conflicts herewith.
THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF PA,SCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 309 of the city ordinances of the
City of Pasco entitled "An ordinance relating to intoxicating liquors,
prohibiting the manufacture, possession, sole or disposition thereof
and providing for search and siezure and distraction and forms of pro_
ceedure and rules of evidence and fixing penalties for :p violation
hereof" be and the same is hereby repealed.
SEC'T'ION 2: Hereafter it shall be unlawful for any person,
firm or corporation, to manufacture, sell or give away or have in his
possession intoxicating liquor of a greater alcoholiclontent than 3.2
percent by weight, provided, that nothing herein contained shall be
construed to prohibit the possestion of liquors of greater alcoholic
content than above provided by any licensed physician practicing
medicine in the City of Pasco and dispensing the same to his patients
for medicinal purposes or from prescribing the same to his patients
for = x:tx medicinal purposes and nothing herein contained shall be
deemed to p rohbbit any licensed druggist or pharmacists from dispensing
the same on the prescription of any such licensed physician, provided
the same is done by said physician, druggiest or pharmacist in con-
formity with the laws of the government of the United States.
SECTION 3: txyxj;:mxxxxxaz Allordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Any pe r..on
violating any of the provisions of .this ordinance shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction thereof shall be fined in
any sum not exceeding Two hundred and rIifty Dollars.
SECTION 4: This ordinance shall be i force and effect from
and after its passage and publication.

SECTION 34 All ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Any person
violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be defi ed
,guilty of a mi.sd,pmeanor and on conviction thereof shall be fined in
any sum not exed4ding Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars•
SECTION �. This ordinance shall be inforce and effect from
and after its passage and publication.
