FOR AUTO BUSSES TO LOAD OR UNLOAD PASSENGERS, EXPRESS MATTER,
OR BAGGAGE, ON ANY OF THE' PUBLIC STREETS, ALLEYS OR PUBLIC PLACES
IN THS CITY OF PASCO, AND FIXIM THE PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION
THEREOF."
THE CITY COU1NCIL OF THE CITY OF P ASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLL07IS:
• That Section 2 of Ordinance Number 390 entitled as above be,
and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION TWO: On and after the is t day of June, 1931, it shall
be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation engaged in the
operation of any auto bus, as herein defined, to stop said auto
bus on any of the streets, alleys or public places in the City
of Pasco for the purpose of loading, unloading, or discharging
therefrom, or onto the same, any passengers, express matter, or
baggage and or to load, unload, or discharge therefrom, any
passenger, or passengers, baggage or express matter while so
stopped, on any of the public streets, alleys or public places
in the City of Pasco. Provided, however, that any such person,
firm or corporation engaged in the operation of any such auto bus,
who shall maintain a regular depot or place in said city off the
streets or alleys, where stops are regularly made for the. -purpose
of taking on or discharging passengers and or baggage, may be
permitted to
make other and
incidental stops
for said purpose, on
Lewis Street
except bwtween
First Avenue and
1.
Eighth Avenue and on
Fourth Avenue except between Columbia Street and Bonneville Street,
and may make such stops on South Tenth Avenue between West Lewis
Street and the City Limits. /
