Any motor pro-pelled vehicle commonly engrged in the business of cr-rrying paesengers fcw hire over any regular or defined route or routes of travel, between the City of PAsco, and any other city or town within the State of gssnington, is hereby def fined and declared to be an auto bus, within the Tman- ing of this ordinance. Section 2. On and after the /-�dey of 1931, it shall be unlewful fcr any -person, firm or cor)oration engcged in the operation of any auto bus, as herein defined, to Ston said auto buff on an;;, of the streets, alleys or public ')ledes in the City of- Pasco for the nuroose of loadi unlo--ding, or discharging therefrom, or onto the same, any nasseners, express matter, or baggage and/or to to€d, unload, or discharge therefrom, any passenger or b2ssen6er.s, bsggrge or express matter while so stonbed, on any or the nubl is streets, alleys or uublic nl$ces in the City of PasCa. Section 3. Any person, firm or cornor-tion convietadc-of the vio- lotion of t1his ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor • and upon conviction thereof sha 11 be 'fined in any sum not less than Five Dollars nor more than ��Dollars or im. risoned in the City jail far not less than five days nor more than d}ays, or both such fine and imprisonment Fnddshall ray the costs o nrosecution. Referring to action of the city council at their adjourned session of November 5th, relative to proposed change in Ordinance No. 390, my minutes of the meeting will read as follows:_ T1 Motion made by McGee, seconded by Partch, that City Attorney be instructed to add to ordinance No. 390 a provision providing for a restricted district between First and Eighth Avenues on Lewis Street, and between Bonneville and Columbia Streets on Fourth Avenue as long as the motor bus Companies maintain a regular station in which to load and unload Passengers and baggage."
