THE CITY COUNCIL OF'THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLMS•
WHEREAS, ;a petition has been filed. by moxe than 2/3
of the property owners abutting. on Fifth,' Sixth and, Seventh
Streets fror&:'the intersection of said streets with "A" Street
`.to. Ainsworth Avenue , in. GantenbeinT s Addition to Pasco, Franklin
County, Na'shington,, petitioning for the vacation of ten. feet on
each side, of said streets thereby redu&ing- the s,iidth from 100
ft.. to 80 ft. and
WHEREAS, pursuant to -resolution'notice of hearing on
said petition .was posted-as prov:ide,d by lanaand it appearing. to
the City Cou,ndi1 that said petition sho .1d,,be granted, and 10
f.t.;, on e ch`side of •slid Fifth, Sixth grid Seventh Streets from
the. interescti;on of said. streets with "All Street to. the inter-
s ebtion, ;of said street: , with Ainsworth` .venue ,all in GantenbeinT s
Addition to Pasco, :fashington, and 'thetsame is hereby vacated

and said area so vacated be and is hereby DECLARED to reve-rt-.b.UU -.
to the, abutting property owners as provided by .law and the width
of said streets be and the same is hereby reduced fr.o4 100 ft. to
8.0 ft, and that'-this-ordinance shall bee in full force and offect-
5 days frpr4 and after .its p'Assage and publication.'
