TEE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That section 6 of ordinance No 214,
entitled as above, be amended to read as follows:
"Section 6. All connections with mains or laterals
of local improvement districts Nos 43,44,and 25, and other
Local Improvement Districts hereafter _formed by the City of
Pasco, shall be made in a good and workmanlike manner,tap
shall be one inch in size,and pipes same width, useing a
corporation brass stop cock with coarse threads similar to
the 11iieller or other standard make, and pipe shall have a
roundway shut off stop incl waste or curb cock at the property
line. Such service pipe shall be joined to tl-.e corporation
coc' wi `h a one inch union.
No owner shall have more than one such tap for each
25 feet or street or alley frontage,and in no event shall
sich taps and connections be less than three feet apart, and
carry direct at right -angles to the property to be served"
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect five
days from and after its passage and publication.
