BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City og Pasco. Sec. 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to sell,offer to sell,or have in their pos-ession with intent to sell or deliver 'aithin the City of Pasco, any milk which has not come from tuberculin -free cows. Sec.2. The cow: shall be tested at least once a year by a veterinary from the State Dep artment of Agriculture of the State of 'Washington,or by a Federal Veterinary,or any licenced veterinary. The testing shall be done in accordance with Chapter 192 of the law of 1919, State of Washington. Sec.3. It shall be unlawful for any person to sell,offer for sale, have in their possession with intent to sell or deliver within the City df P-sco any milk befor reporting the same to the City Clerk and show that their coin or cows have been tested during the paL:t eleven months, and were at that time frea from tubrectulosis. Sec.4. any person violating any provission of this= ordinance shall be deemed g,�ilty of misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall- pay a fine not to exceed 3'100.00 or by i-nprisonment not to exceed -0 days orXboth such fine and imprison- ment. Sec.5. kill ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith arc hereby repealed. Sec.6. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty days from ��nd after its passage, approval and publication thereof. PasseA this 3 day of Aug. 1920. AN ORDINANCE amending sections four and ten of Ordinance "3 entitled"An ordinance prohibiting certain animals from running at large in the corporate limits of tlo City of Pasco and fixing a penalty for the Violation toereof. The City CHuncil of the City of Paco do ordain .s follows:Tha,- :;ection four of Ordinance Number 93 entitled"An ordinance prohibiting certain animals from running at large in the corporate limits of the City of Pa::em and fixing a penalty for the violation thereof" -be amonded to read as follows; Section 4. That at the expiration of five days'from the date of such notice the police officer or pound master or person in charge of such pound shall sell such animal at public auction,diter h�ving given notice of his int nti n to do so by one publication in the offici 1 ne.spaper of t7,e City. after deducting from the sale price his legal fees and charges for the taking 7p,keeping and gelling such animals,he shall nay the remainder thereof to t�-.e Cit, Treasurer. Should a,?y animal fail to sell at any such sale anti should th police officer�or ponndmaster✓ be con- vinced that such animal mill not sell for an amount sufficient to pay the cost of impo nding and keeping it,then such of'icoi• may take such animal outside the city limits' :7_nd kill and b-ar" it. That the pound m ster,or person in charge of such pound shall be entitled to collect and recieve for each and every L:ni-nal impounded under the provisions of this ordina_ce the sum of $2.50 to be paid by t;.e owner of said animal; provided also that s. -.id owner shell pay in addition thereto tho cost of feeding and 'caring for sail_ ^_ni:,al while in sLid pound.
