An ordii-,nce prescribing certain regulations for the
removal of buildinF throu^h t_:e ctreots if Pasco.
The Uity Council of the Cit,';; of Pasco does ordain ae follows;
Section 1. It shall. be unlr�::ful for any p -arson, firm or corpor,tion, to move,
or cause to tie moved, thro i_gh the streets of Pasco, any building -::ithoi.t
-aving first obtained from tho B7�ilding Inspector a permit So tD 40.

Section 2. .;ny person desiring to move tszrough said streets any building for
which a. permit is required by the proceeding section, shall file a written
application for sucr permit .,'ith the said Building Inspector, settinm fort-,-
therein,
ort--therein, the si:e o' such building, the ploce from and to which it is desired
to rao-e said building, the route t`irough the streets it is desited to traverse
these-iith and the probable length of time renuired therefo_.
Section 3. If the said b ilding is to be moved over across or alonr. any of the
ps.ved streetL of said city, or W of the sidewalks thereof, or if the Building
Inspector shall have rea°_on to believe that such removal operations .rill
end nger any of the eityes sewer or water :lino-,, then he shall r quire the
ap-olio_nt to to give a.n ihdemnifyinn bond in s -ch sum as he shall de m suf-
ficient not exceeding ,;500.00 conditioned to indrmaify and save harmless the
IIcity from any such da:.rare to olid pavement, sidewalks water or sewer : ai_1e.
Such bond may be a suert;- bond, or a cash bond or a personal bond with personal
sureties to the satisfacti n of the Building Inspector.
Sdefton 4. upon such application bein -Wade ,nft bond filed, if one has been regN
uir_,d, the Building Inspector shall issue a permit for the Nemo.,a.i of such
building. Provided that he m.ry therein make such reasonrible restrictions
as to the _-oute to be traverse] witli such building and the time to be con-

city.
Section 5. Any p 'r. on violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall

Ordinance Regulating the eradication of Bovine Tuberculosis from Herds selling
Bilk to the City of Pasco.
Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of Pasco;
Sec.l.
It shall be unlawful for any person to sell,offer to sell,or have in their
poe:>ession with intent to sell or deliver within the City of Pasco,any milk
which has not come from tuberculin -free cows.
Sec.2.
The cows shall be tested at least once a year by a veterinary from the State
Department of Agriculture of the State of Wa.shington.or by a Federal veterinary
The testing shall be done in accordance with Chapter 192 of the law of 1919,
State of ilashington.
Sec.3.
It shall be unlawful for nny person to sell,offer for sale,have in their pos-
se--sion with intent to sell or deliver within the City of Pasco any milk befor
reporting the same to the City Clerk and show their cow/ or cows have been

tested duuing the past eleven monts,and were at that time free from tubercu-
losis.
Sec.4.
Any person violating any provision of this ordinanceshall be deemed guilty
of misdemeanor and upon conviction thereofshall pay a fine not to exceed
$100.00, or by imprisonment not to exceed 30 days or by both such fine and
imprisonment.
Sec.5.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby re-
pealed.
Sec.6.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty d,•ys from and after
its pa:-sage,approval,and publication thereof.
