An Ordinance fixing the sn,aries of the City Treasurer, City Clerk and
City Attorney.
THE CITY COUidCIL OF THr. CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That on and after the first Tuesday in January, 1919, the
salary of the City Treasurer shall be and is hereby fixed at 8140.00 per
month, and that on and after the said date the salary of the City Clork shall be
hnd is hereby fixed at $40.00 per month: that on and after the said date the
salary of the City Attorney shall be and is hereby fixed at 4040.00 per month.
All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealdd.
This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after five days
from its passage and publication.

ORDINANCE No. 291
AN Ordinance to amend Section 12 of Urdinance Ido. 288, entitled
"An Ordinance to license certain trades and occupations in the City of Pasco,
,Vashington."
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, ,7ASHIIdGTON,
SECTION 1. That Section 12 of Ordinance Number 288 be amended to read as
follows:
Section 12. The ovmer, proprietor or manager of each public dance hall
or open air Dancing pavillion shall pay a license fee of $40.00 per year, or in
lieu of such annual license, shall pay a license fee of $2.00 for each and .very
day such hall or pavillion is used for public dance purposes.
SeCTION 2. ALL Ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
