Section 16. Every person -�-,,ho asks or receives any compensation, gratuity or reward
for practicing fortune telling, palmistry or clairvoyance; or
Person who keeps a place wher; lost or stolen property is concealed;
Person practicing or soliciting prostitution or who keeps a house of prostitution;
Person �iho solicits alm , or begs upon the streets or in public buildings of the
city;
Person who wanders about the streets at late or unusual hours at night;
Person who lodges or sleeps in any barn,hed, out hou_se,car or boat or in any other
place or on any other property Athout the consent of the owner or person entitled
to possession ther:of;
Person who is an habitual use of Opium, morphine, cocaine, all -,-ha or bate, eucaine or
any derivation, mixture or preparation of any of them,.
Person having no visible means of support, who does not seek employment, nor Work
when emplo- ment is offered to him;
Person who distributes or circulates any book, pam,hlet or paper, or posts any bills
wherein or whereon it is advocated or advised that any of the la -s of the city or of
the State of ,Vashington, or of the United Rates, be violated, resisted or ignored, or
