Now, Therefore, pursuant to said contract, it is hereby ordered that the property described in the contract above set forth be and is hereby released and made exempt from all liability by reason of said assessments for annual maintenance charges due or to become due under 'die said contract for water rikht dated dune 3rd, 1913, and executed by the said Pasco ReclLnation Company to the said City of Pasco, pursuant to Ordinance No. 212, for the genefit of said Local Improvement District No. 43, as created by Ordinance Ido. 172. Section 3. It is further ordered that the agreement of said School District No. 1 of Frani-lin County, liasl•,ington, to assume and pay the said annual maintenance charges in an amount to which said property should other,, -rise have been chargeable had not this agreement been entered into, is hereby accepted.
