AiID r'IXING THE SALARY OF' SADIE, AND REPEALING SECTION 1 AND SECTION 5 OF ORDIN_SNCE
NM.IBER 98. ENTITEED:"AN ORDINANCE CREATING A POLICE DEPARTIa ET AiiD REGULATIHI} SANTE".
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 02 PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the police department of the City of Yasco, shall, from and
after the adoption of this Ordinance, consist of a Chief of Police and one Patrolman.
SECTION 2: That the Chief of Police shall receive a salary of One hundred
(100.00) Dollare per month until the firs* Tuesday of January, 1916.
That the Chief of Police and said Patrolman shall each receive, from and after
the first 'Tuesday, of January, 1916, a salary of Eighty Five (85.00) Dollars per month.
S.:CTlON 3: That section 1 of Ordinance Number 98 of the City of Pasco, entitled
"an Ordinance creating a Police Lepatrment, and regulating tr_e same" which said sect-
ion is in words and figures as follows,
to -wit:
"SECTION 1: That there shall be and Dereby is established a police department
for the City og Pasco, which shall consist of One Chief of Police and two other
policeman, and such other additional policemen as shall hereafter be provided for by
Resolution of the City Cpuncil", and also Section 5 of said Ordinance which is in
words and figures as follows, to -wit:
"ShCT10N 5: ghat the Chief of Police shall receive a salary of One tiundred
($100.00) i)ollars per month, and policemen shall receive a salary of Eighty give
4 85 49) Dollars per month; that said salary shall be changed on resolution of the
City -Council at such time as they shall deem necessary".
SECTION 4:
That all Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in cinflict herewith be, and the
same are hereby repealed.

City of Pasco, Franklin County, Washingt:n, do hereby Certify, that the above and
foregoing Ordinance id a full true and correct Copy of the original Ordinance as
passed and approved by the City Council, and the Mayor add published in the
official news -paper of said City of the apove specified dates, and is noy on file
in my office.

AN ORDINANCE FIXIDNG TH21 SALARIES OF THE CITY CLERK, CITY ATTORNEY, CITY
TREASURER, CITY HEAZTH OFFICER Ai4D FIRE CHIEF: REPEALING BRDINANCE NUMBER 223,
ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE AIJIENDING SECTION 1 9F ORDINANCE NUMBER 198, ENTITLED "AN
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NDIMER 113, AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARY OF CITY
CLERK, CITY ATTORNEY, AND CITY TREASURER".
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO _100 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: From and after the first Tuesday in January, 1916, the salary
of the City Attorney shall be Thirty Five (35.00) Dollars per month; the salary
of the City Clerk shall be One (1.00) Dollar permonth; the salary of the City
Treasurer shall be iJinety rive (95.00) Dollars per month; the salary of the Oity
Health Officer shall be Fifteen (15.00) Dollars per month; and the salary of the
City Fire Chief shall be Ninety (90.00) Dollars per month.
SECTION 2: That Ordinance Number 223 entitled "an Ordinance amending
Section 1, of Ordinance Number 198, entitled "An ordinance amending Ordinance
Number 113, an ordinance fixing the salary of City Clerk, City Attorney and City
Iger}surer",be, and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3, That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed.
