SECTION 1, That the assessment roll for Loacl Improvement District
Ido. 43 onder Ordinance ITo. 172 for the maintaining, operating and repairing
the mater system of said Local Irtprovernent District No, 43 for the year 1915,
as provided for undo_- said Ordinance No, 172, which provides for the improve-
ment of certain portions of the City of Pasco, described in said Ordinance by
the purchase and acquisition of a nater right for irrigation and domestic
purposes, and the construction of a piping system for the distribution of the
water, has been duly made up and filed, and due notice thereof given by the
City Clerk as provided by Law.
SECTION 2, That it Is therefore ordered that hte maintenance, operation
and repair char. -es apearing on said assessment roll as equalized against each
respective lot, tract and parcel of land, or other property, is hereby aproved
and held to be at lust the amount of such lot, tract, parcel of land, or other
property is specially -benefitted by the use of said .eater and the maintaining,
operatin7, repairing and upkeeping of said irrigation system, and after due
consideration of said assessment roll, it is hereby confirmed as the same now
stands.
