_T RELATION TO LICENSES".
THL+ CITY COUNCIL OF =,; CITY OF PASCO, DO ORDAIIT AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIOII 1: l2hat section V of Ordinance No. 95, entitled "An Ordinance in
relation to licenses" be amended to read as follows:
SHotIOIT V: For evey pawn broker and second hand dealer per year Five Dollars. ''
That evey pawn broker and second hand dealer carrying on such business shall comply
with Section 2481 of Remington & Ballin er's Codes and Statutes of the State of
the
Flashington, and V record to kept shall at all times duting t7e ordina* hours of
business be open to the inspection of any peace officer of the City of Pasco; and
failure to keep such -record or to permit inspection thereof shallbe deemed a viola-
tion of this Ordinance and be punished by a fine of not less than ;;1.00 on more
than .1100.00.
Section 2: All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in cinflict hwrewith
are hereby repealed.
