ROLL CALL: By City Manager. Councilmen present were: S.K. Adams, J.C. Bailie, Charles Grigg, Ira Schmidt and Bill Wilkins.. Councilmen Clark and Snider were absent from the meeting (excused). Also present were: Lee Kraft, City Manager.; Dennis De Felice, City Attorney; Tom Criscola, Director of Finance; James Ajax, City Engineer; Richard Erickson, Director of Parks/Recreation; Mike Vandiver, Chief of Police; Webster Jackson, Administrative Assistant and Gary Crutchfield, Planner. PUBLIC HEARINGS: MAYOR BAILIE DECLARED THE PUBLIC HEARING OPEN ON THE PROPOSED ZONING REGULATIONS FOR THE BURD ANNEXATION PROPOSAL: It was noted that the Hearing had been duly published and posted. There were no adverse communications received. Following three (3) calls from Mayor Bailie for further comments from the floor, either for or against, the Public Hearing was declared closed. MAYOR BAILIE DECLARED THE PUBLIC HEARING OPEN ON THE PROPOSED ZONING REGULATIONS FOR THE THOMAS ANNEXATION PROPOSAL: It was noted that the Hearing had been duly published and posted. There were no adverse communications received.. Following three (3) calls from Mayor.Bailie for further comments from the floor, either for or against, the Public Hearing was declared closed. RESOLUTIONS: RESOLUTION NO. 1282: (Burd Annexation) A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A PROPOSED ZONING REGULATION. Resolution No. 1282 was read by title only. Mr. Grigg moved that Resolution No. 1282 be adopted. Seconded by Mr. Schmidt. Motion carried by roll call vote of five (5). RESOLUTION NO. 1283: (Thomas Annexation) A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A PROPOSED ZONING REGULATION. Resolution No. 1283 was read by title only. Mr. Grigg moved that Resolution No. 1283 be adopted. Seconded by Mr. Schmidt. Motion carried by roll call vote of five (5). ADJOURNMENT: Meeting adjourned at 8:07 P.M. "k- J.C. J.C.
