PASCO CITY COUNCIL
RECONVENED MEETING
CALL TO ORDER:
DECEMBER 22, 1970
Meeting called to order at 8:00 P.M. by the Honorable G.E. Carter, Mayor.
ROLL CALL:
By Clerk's Representative. Councilmen present included: G.E. Carter,
Hilda Campbell, M.R. Denney, Ed Hendler, Sam Hunt and George Stork.
(Councilman Greenlee was attending Board of Health meeting and arrived
shortly after council meeting adjourned). Also present were: City
Manager M.B. Winegar and City Attorney Wayne Campbell.
BUDGET MEETING - CONTINUED:
ORDINANCE NO. 1451:
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR THE YEAR
OF 1971.
Ordinance No. 1451 was read by title only. Mr. Hendler moved that
an Ordinance adopting the budget for the year 1971 be adopted. Seconded
by Mr. Hunt. Motion carried by the following roll call vote. YES: Carter,
Campbell, Denney, Hendler, Hunt and Stork. NO: None.
ADJOURNMENT:
Meeting adjourned at 8:02 P.M.

AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR THE YEAR
OF 1971.
WHEREAS, subsequent to due notice and public hearings thereon, the
City Council has approved a budget for the year of 1971, NOW,
THEREFORE
THE. CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section I. The following budget containing the totals set forth for each
fund, department and function for the year 1971 is
hereby adopted:
