Insurance Committee (Whetsler, Modesky, Cooney, Wyman and McKibbins). The Ins-

received seven responses, however, only four companies met specifications. The
Committee.studied the different proposals and recommended that Dunning -Ray Insur-
ance Company be awarded the medical insurance program on the basis of most coverage
for the lowest rates. The Committee further recommended that the City pay 1.3%
of the Employees cost for medical insurance which would amount to $10.50 per month
per employee. For the purposes of setting up a reserve fund to offset the increas
negotiations for the next two to three years, Dunning -Ray submitted the following
proposals based on the data and.specifications provided by the City.
