ROLL CALL: E By Clerk. Councilmen present were 0. C. Adams, Raymond Hicks, K. E. Moore, Ed Thompson, Ted Van Hoy and David Zier. Absent was C. R. Combs. City Attorney Richard G. Patrick was also absent. Meeting called at this time and place to open bids on Sewage Pump Station and Sanitary Sewer System. Four (4) bids received as follows: Bidder Sewer Pump Station Reduction Total Murphy Bros. Inc. $146,346.03 $34,152.67 $3,000.00 $177,498.70 Harold Kaeser Co. 157,335.58 27,656.63 1,200.00 183,792.21 Phoenix -Matthews, Inc. 179,098.87 28,926.27 _ _ _ _ 208,025.14 Kenneth Nelson Co. 228,771.09 23,616.78 _ _ _ _ 252,387.87 Motion made by Adams, seconded by Hicks to refer the bids to Engineers for study and recommen- dation. Motion carried. WATER DISTRIBUTION LINES: Bid bonds to be returned. Motion made by Moore, seconded by Zier authorizing Clerk to return all bonds submitted with bids. Motion carried. ADJOURNMENT: Motion made by Adams, seconded by Thompson to adjourn to next regular meeting night, Tuesday, 8:00 P.M. September 17th, 1957. Motion carried.
