Notice of public hearing was read. One bid received from7the Pacific,Te l®phone &
Telegraph Company in the amount of $3,000.00 Motion made -by Bonnett,9 seconded by
Avery to accept the bid of the Pacific Telephone & Telegraph C mpanyvin the amount
of $3,000.00 subject to the approval of the Civil Aeronautic Administration.

Councilman Bonnett reports on data from Vincent --E Small &;Associates suggesting a
change in illumination and -fixtures to'b a in6luded1n__re-wiring job. For -engineering
service, handling plans, specifications, inspections -and contractural agreements the
Company would charge $360.00 -� 0270.00 to -be payable -upon-award of .contract.

engineers for the amount of $360.00 to be paid from the 1956 budget. Motion carried.

One of the operators will be present at the next council meeting with a contjiact for
consideration.
FISHING POND AREA:
The lower Columbia Basin Sportsman's Association to receive'a'copy of letter from
Firemen's Furid Group and make report at next regular council meeting.
STREET COMMITTEE, OFF STREET PARKING BETWEEN 10th & ADAMS: (Shoshone)
Parallel and diagonal parking was discussed for this location. The street is narrow.
Hicks to inspect and give his opinion.
