person. Motion made by Avery, seconded by Milne requesting the City Attorney to
draw an ordinance as petitioned. Motion carried.

This to start next week. Contractor unable to obtain gravel.
PETITIONS:
PETITION presented by'R. Ridenour against crowing game cocks at.907 So. Bridge,
creating a nuisance by -crowing from 1:00.A. M. to daylight and requesting that
the nuisance be abated. Motion made by Bonnett, seconded by Milne to turn this
to the Police Committee for investigation and report. Motion carried.

A Budget Meeting will be held on Thursday, 7:30 P. M., September 9, 1954 to
hear from the Department heads.
ORDINANCE REQUESTED ON CITY REIMBURSEMENT:.
A discussion was ent64ed into relative to reimbursements for legal and necessary
expense in'connection with request for rezoning, platting and annexations.
Council favors setting this up by ordinance.
