Xehez �i Mrs. Adair wished to,know how*soon she could obtain sewer service to her trailer court, the cost'and when it would have to be paid. All questions answered by the Water Committee. Contractor unable to obtain gravel. PETITIONS: PETITION presented by'R. Ridenour against crowing game cocks at.907 So. Bridge, creating a nuisance by -crowing from 1:00.A. M. to daylight and requesting that the nuisance be abated. Motion made by Bonnett, seconded by Milne to turn this to the Police Committee for investigation and report. Motion carried. M., September 9, 1954 to hear from the Department heads. ORDINANCE REQUESTED ON CITY REIMBURSEMENT:. A discussion was ent64ed into relative to reimbursements for legal and necessary expense in'connection with request for rezoning, platting and annexations.
